This not-for-profit hospital was built by a caring community over three decades ago. Supported through donations to the BRCH Foundation, the hospital’s staff of highly skilled, experienced professionals and physicians – complemented by over 1,100 volunteers – works together to provide high-quality, personalized medical care.
The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations has awarded the hospital “Accreditation with Comm-endation”, the highest level of accreditation. With 394 beds, Boca Raton Community Hospital is the largest hospital in South Palm Beach County.
It's many special services and programs include the Lynn Regional Cancer Center; One Family Place Maternity and Pediatrics; cardiac and MRI services; the Center for Breast Care/Women’s Center; the SurgiCenter Plus outpatient surgical facility; and a Rapid Care Center. Volunteers are always very welcome and appreciated at Boca Raton Community Hospital. Opportunities for friendly and dedicated volunteers are available in many different departments (patient and non-patient areas) days, evenings and weekends.
