The 15th Annual Las Olas Wine and Food Festival was held on May 15th, 2010 benefiting the American Lung Association. This world famous street festival took place from 7:30 PM – 10:00 PM in downtown Fort Lauderdale on famous Las Olas Boulevard (the most popular street known for its fabulous restaurants, trendy shops, and energetic nightlife). This years street festival boasted 60 restaurants, over 40 Wine & Spirit tables that included the Bombay Sapphire Lounge.
From 6 PM - 7:30 PM was the the exclusive Bonterra Vineyards VIP Reception that was held on the Riverside Hotel lawn (located on 8th Ave). The VIP Lounge was opened to the entire festival for VIP Ticket holders ONLY! All VIP Patrons will received a complimentary glass and VIP Gift Bag which contained a bottle of wine. The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale Fashion Design Department did their fabulous Culinary Couture Fashion Show. Live on stage was South Florida's hottest band The Weedline.

KICK-OFF VIP PARTY
Allied Kitchen & Bath hosted the VIP KICK-OFF preview party at their gorgeous showroom on May 6, 2010. The crowd of people that showed up could not of been better. The VIP Kick-Off featured an evening of worldly-inspired cuisine prepared by celebrity chef and star of “Hell’s Kitchen” and “Iron Chef America,” Ralph Pagano, who showcased his culinary talents and offered a sneak peak as to what guests can see at the 2010 Las Olas Wine & Food Festival on May 15th. Guests got to enjoy a fine pairing of wines and cocktails courtesy of Bombay Sapphire Gin and Bonterra Vineyards. We want to thank everyone who came out and everyone involved! This kick-off party was a great success!
Allied Kitchen & Bath and Chef Ralph Pagano granted a life-long wish for a terminally ill child. 13 year old Eric Alterman suffers from Familial Dysautonomia (a fatal, genetic, neurologic disease that impairs the autonomic nervous system, rendering each breath, swallow and heartbeat undependable and erratic). Eric's childhood dream is to meet an ‘Iron Chef.’ He has a fascination with the culinary world since he was very young and has a passion for cooking! The Allied team & Chef Pagano paired up and granted young Eric's wish. They gave Eric a chance to cook alongside Chef Pagano! Way to go Eric!!
